New game

Shown next to your crayon colour. Two dozen characters, no more.
Two players use the standard rules — not the Honey Moon variant (§3.6).
Every seat is a person. Add bots if you are short — they play the arena bot, the strongest one in the app.
Yours for the game. The other seats pick from what is left when they join.
The standard setup: 3 demand cards each and a Freight loco — 9 moves, 2 loads.
Off. The map answers nothing; you find the cities yourself, as at the table.
Coast to coast and down to Mexico City: the continent's biggest cities, by population.
Optional. Just so the list is readable when you have three going.

Event cards are out by house rule, and trading is off in this build — so a turn is operate first, then build up to 20M, and nothing can interrupt it. Have a code instead?
